Addis Ababa · Banking · Competition entry
A full branch concept delivered as annotated 3D sections so that a board of non-designers could read circulation, teller ergonomics, security zoning and brand placement in a single image. The scheme covers the banking hall, teller counters, the branch manager office and the customer waiting area.

A suite that had to photograph well for booking sites and survive daily hotel use. Warm timber panelling, a full-height headboard, integrated reading light and a durable carpet specification, documented down to the joinery so the local carpenter never had to guess.

Open-plan living, dining and kitchen with a designed circulation spine. The brief asked for a home that could host thirty people at Meskel and feel calm on a Tuesday evening — solved with movable seating, layered lighting and a monochromatic material palette.
