We quote a fixed design fee based on the area, the scope and the level of documentation you need — concept only, concept plus drawings, or full service including site supervision. The fee is fixed before we start, and site supervision is billed per visit or as a monthly retainer, whichever suits the programme.

A single apartment typically needs three to five weeks for concept and documentation, then eight to sixteen weeks on site depending on joinery. Commercial fit-outs run longer because of MEP coordination and approvals. We give you a dated programme in the proposal, not a vague estimate.

Yes. We have delivered projects in Mekele and elsewhere in Ethiopia, and we work remotely for the design phase with scheduled site visits during construction. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately and transparently.

Of course. If you already have a contractor we produce the drawing set and BOQ they need, attend site to check quality against the drawings, and manage the snag list. If you do not, we can help you tender the works and compare bids on equal terms.

Bring or send whatever you have: a floor plan or title deed drawing, photos of the space, a rough budget range, and any images of interiors you like or dislike. The dislikes are often more useful than the likes.

The Interior Design and Photoshop courses start from zero. Revit and After Effects assume basic computer literacy, and 3ds Max assumes you have modelled something before — if you have not, take the Revit course first. Small groups mean we can adjust the pace.

Yes, every graduate receives a certificate of completion. More usefully, you leave with a documented mini project reviewed by practising architects, which is what employers and clients actually ask to see.

We specify and schedule furniture, and we can procure it on your behalf from local makers and importers, or hand you the schedule and let you buy it yourself. Either way the specification is written so that any supplier can quote against it.
